per week for a well-rounded 6-day cross-training fitness plan....or, use the walking plan as a warm up or cool down before
or after the 2 muscle-defining programs 3 times per week. Whichever you choose, 6 days of crosstraining will bring you
the fastest weight-loss and muscle defining results possible.
Not everyone is made to fit the same diet plan, which is why you are offered two choices. Follow the
diet plan that best fits your lifestyle and gives you the best results--whether it be calorie counting with the low-fat plan
