To get the quickest "Ultimate" results, perform each one of the 3 exercise programs 2 times per week for a well-rounded 6-day cross-training fitness plan....or, use the walking plan as a warm up or cool down before or after the 2 muscle-defining programs 3 times per week.  Whichever you choose, 6 days of crosstraining will bring you the fastest  weight-loss and muscle defining results possible.
 
Not everyone is made to fit the same diet plan, which is why you are offered two choices.  Follow the diet plan that best fits your lifestyle and gives you the best results--whether it be calorie counting with the low-fat plan or carb and portion control with the low-carb plan.   You can experiment to see which works best for you.  I suggest you begin this program by reading the Successful Weight Loss E-book for valuable information when beginning any new diet plan.
 
The tracking charts can be saved to your Excel program and contain formulas to track your calorie consumption and help you keep track your exercise achievements.
