General Introduction:
The basic Body Toning routine should be done 3-4 days per week for ultimate results.  Combined with a nutritious diet such as the 30-day Diet Plan or the Successful Weight Loss Guide, you'll see and feel results in as little as 2 weeks!
 
This routine is designed to last 30 minutes, however, one additional set of each exercise will take it to 45+ minutes.
